- View a listing in detail
- Go to the Friends and Family Section below the property’s description area
- Click on React and select one of 5 choices: Love it, Like it, Indifferent, Dislike it, Hate It. This will be recorded for the property for your free search account on www.RedWagonTeam.com. It helps you to evaluate properties
- Comment on the property to help you remember what you liked or didn’t like about it. These are your notes that appear in a free account that I am giving you on my website www.RedWagonTeam.com.
- Click Invite and add your friend or family member’s email address. An instant email will invite them to help you search and evaluate the home that you like.

A. In the Property details of each listing under the description and Listing Snapshot Area. Just click on +Invite, add their email and click send.
Look for this Friends and Family box in the property details of each listing you view on RedWagonTeam.com. You just have to invite people just one time.
