Seabridge community was built in 1985 and is located on Beach Blvd and Adams in Huntington Beach. There are 430 units in Seabridge Condos that offer residents security and privacy through living in this guard-gated community. The Home Owner’s Association (HOA) at Seabridge condos varies per unit for $493 to $526 per month for the first plus a second HOA at $50 per month. The master plan HOA is $50 per month. It covers painting and minor issues that arise. The first association covers everything else. The HOA monthly fee is subject to change. So, look for the current amount in the details section of each listing for sale.
Pet-friendly community. To access the community as a resident, you need a special bar code pass. You can get extra copies from the guard at the main gate on Beach Blvd for $25 each. They will take a check or money order.
HOA includes trash, water, sidewalks, landscape, roads, common area insurance, and community property management.
When you get the community rules and regulations, known as the CC&R’s, during escrow, take the time to read through them. If you find something that you don’t understand, let’s talk about it. Perhaps the HOA can provide more clarification about the issue. And sometimes that takes a few days. It is always best to focus on solutions and have a little patience in the process. You may want to talk to an accountant about the budget numbers and reserves if you want to look into the details.
