• Step 1:  Select Cities that you desire to live in.  Hold down the CTRL (control key on your keyboard) to select multiple cities.  The max is 10 cities.

• Step 2:  Check the Property Types that you want (i.e. Single Family Home, Condo/Townhome).

• Step 3:  Your next home will consist of bedrooms, bathrooms and price range.  We do suggest that you leave the "acres" field blank.

• "Additional Features Section" - will show the number of properties that have certain features in brackets (i.e. Ocean Views (22) ).  By checking them, the system automatically narrows your list of potential properties.  We suggest only selecting 1 or 2 "must haves" during your first few searches.
  

Simply click on the Property Watch™ button when you are ready to save your own custom property search.

• Property Watch™ Hint:  Only set up a few additional features that have the most properties in the brackets.  The reason is, most real estate agents don't include all of the features of a property when adding a new listing to the real estate multiple listing service.  So, if you check a ton of features when you save a search, most likely you may miss some great properties that would have loved to see. 

The Property Compare™ button allows you to compare homes side by side.  Feature by features, price range by price range and so on.  Just put a check mark in the box next to each property and click on the Property Compare™ button.
