I have a client that bought a condo at Naples Plaza in Naples Island area of Long Beach and she loves it. She bought a one bedroom, one bath about 6 years ago on the 2nd floor.
It had underground parking. She walks to the park near bye or over the bridge to Belmont Shore or the Long Beach marketplace to go to Whole Foods, Gelsons or Trader Joes to shop…and find a cool place to have a meal.
