In about 2011, I had a client purchase a condo at Naples Plaza in Long Beach. She bought a 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the 2nd floor of this 3 story condo building at 5895 East Naples Island. It has underground parking and is gated.
She can walk or bike to the park near bye or go over the bridge to Belmont Shore or go to Whole Foods, Gelsons or Trader Joes to shop…and find a cool place to have a meal like Lucille’s or Corner Bakery. Rent a duffy boat and cruise the canals of Naples like these people are in the photo.
I saw this cool condo at 5898 East Naples Unit 102 Long Beach today and I thought I would share it with you. It is a one bedroom, one bath condo with 719 square feet and lots of upgrades. Wood floors to an upgraded kitchen…what an awesome looking condo.
