Along Shoreline Drive just west of Ocean Blvd there is a lagoon by the Hyatt Regency Long Beach Hotel called the Rainbow Lagoon. That will be the location of Long Beach Lobster Fest 2013.

I was reading through the terms and conditions of the event and it appears that “no pets are allowed in the festival site” (except for service animals).
