I know it’s Labor Day weekend and everyone is either headed out of town or to a party in your neighborhood. So, my team and I took on the challenge of running our giant, highly successful, Long Beach real estate Home Tour event at 212 Bennett on a holiday weekend.
Typically, we have 55 to 100 people visitors on our two day Home Tour in Long Beach of a home for sale. So this weekend will be interesting. The featured home is 212 Bennett Avenue Long Beach, CA 90803 and is located in Belmont Heights close to Belmont Shore.
(The home has sold in 2014 and is no longer for sale)
This is a four bedroom, two and a half bath home with 2,376 square feet of living space and a great view. 212 Bennett has been remodeled and staged to give you a feeling of living in this unique 1921 home.
What is a Home Tour?
A Home Tour is not an Open House. It is a professional way to market a home for sale. You do not need an invitation to attend. Every visitor will be given a personal home tour of the property and surveyed to give feedback to the owners. Talk to our team at the home tour or call Jay at 562-413-7655… to learn about this consumer researched way to promote a home for sale that the other agents in town don’t know how to do.
Could 212 Bennett Av Long Beach Be Your Next Home?
Will it Wow you? We are giving all of the visitors a special home tour of the property. We invited over 400 neighbors and emailed the 614 home buyers that are looking for a house in the Long Beach area that registered for a free account on www.redwagonteam.com.
Refreshments will be served.
