I know it’s Labor Day weekend and everyone is either headed out of town or to a party in your neighborhood. So, my team and I took on the challenge of running our giant, highly successful, Long Beach real estate Home Tour event at 212 Bennett on a holiday weekend.
Typically, we have 55 to 100 people visitors on our two day Home Tour in Long Beach of a home for sale. So this weekend will be interesting. The featured home is 212 Bennett Avenue Long Beach, CA 90803 and is located in Belmont Heights close to Belmont Shore.

What is a Home Tour?
A Home Tour is not an Open House. It is a professional way to market a home for sale. You do not need an invitation to attend. Every visitor will be given a personal home tour of the property and surveyed to give feedback to the owners.
