Port Cardiff Place is located in the popular Port Streets area of the Harbor View neighborhood in Newport Beach, California. 

There are 35 streets that make up the Port Streets.

I had a friend who lived on one of them a few years back. 

I really like the design of the neighborhood with great landscaping throughout.

 

Background on the Port Streets

These single-family homes were primarily built between 1968 to 1972.  Then, in 1989, owners began more extensive remodels or tearing older houses down and rebuilding.  The architecture in Port Streets remains consistent.
