This is an interesting neighborhood. I call it “East of Old Town Temecula”. It is east of old Town and east of Interstate 15, north of Temecula Parkway Exit, west of Margarita Road and south of Pauba Road.
The East of Old Town Temecula area offers you single family homes on big lots. Kind of like country living in Temecula, California.
