What is the Story Behind 6737 East Alamada Street?
It was bought in July 2014 for $440,000 by an investor group. It has been off and on the market since August 2013 before it was bought. When it was first listed the floors were black and white squares and then over time, it got upgraded to a wood style flooring before the current investor bought it.
It will be interesting to see what they have done to fix it up…since is now, back on the market for sale at $559,900. But is that worth it?
