“Bridgeport” is a Seal Beach neighborhood with affordable homes within blocks of the beach. The area is just south of Pacific Coast Highway, west of 5th Street, north of Marina Drive, and east of 1st Street.

Surfside Colony is a small city of 256 houses. It is gated and divided into three streets that they call Rows. Row A is on the sand, Row B is on is behind it, and Row C is behind B and has views of Huntington Harbour and the San Gabriel Mountains. I have a client who lives on Row B in Surfside.
