You are just steps from Huntington Dog Beach and the Pacific Ocean. There are 115 townhomes in this community with an association pool in the center. I have a client who lives in this community with an ocean view from their main bedroom.
Across the street from Surfcrest is Ocean Colony. Ocean Colony is upscale single-family houses with a guard-gated entry into the community. There are 53 houses in this community. You can walk or bike to the beach, which is across the street from the Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, California.
