I provide this information to my buyer and seller clients so they know the value of their property. We use recent sales from our California Regional Multiple Listing Service called CRMLS and recent private sales.
We don’t go to online real estate magazines like Zillow or Trulia to determine market values. They can be off by as much as 30%.
