If it has been on the market over 60 days, it could mean it is overpriced or there is an issue.

6. Property Details?

Review the property details of this beautiful Long Beach condo and look for the word LAND LEASE. If it says Yes, then you will have to pay an additional fee to live there.

7.  What does the property status say? 

Active means for sale Backup Offers means they are accepting backup offer in case the first offer cancels. Pending Sale means the offer is is fully accepted and usually the buyer has removed all of their contingencies to purchase

8.  Is the Long Beach condominium community FHA Approved for Financing?
