I wanted to share with you a TRUE story about one of the owners in Stoney Brook Villas.
Here’s how it all started:
In the beginning of April 2013, I got a call from a buyer on Monday and a real estate agent on a Wednesday…both were interested in condos in Stoney Brook Villas. At the time of their calls, there were no condos for sale in Stoney Brook.
Then, two days after that a homeowner called me from Stoney Brook and wanted to put her one bedroom condo on the market. She had found one of my websites that ranks high in Google™ for “Stoney Brook Villas Long Beach“ and called because she wanted to sell.
I thought, “wow…that was cool.” I didn’t even mail anything out and bam…someone called that wanted to sell.
I sent the owner a Stoney Brook Condo Report of current market values that were comparable to her condo. Then, I asked her if it was okay if I showed the one bedroom, one bath condo to the buyer and the real estate agent that had a buyer for it. She said Yes.
After reviewing the comparable sales in the community, the owner choose the listing price. I called and made an appointment to show it the condo to the buyer and his agent. The buyer walked into the condo and fell in love with it. It sold and closed escrow on May 5th 2013.
