Strict real estate guidelines are in place to protect all buyers and sellers in Corona and other cities in California.
Corona, California is located in Riverside County Public Health Officer orders the public to stay home and cover their face when leaving.
For our Corona Home Buyers during Coronavirus
My real estate partner, Gina or I, will be following the guidelines that we set up and ones recommended by the California Association of Realtors and Department of Real Estate. Guidelines are subject to change:
Only 1 agent and 1 buyer can go into a property as a time.
They suggest that you don’t touch anything
Buyers and agents must wear face masks, gloves, and booties (some cities have different requirements on booties)
Buyers to provide a pre-approval letter from a reliable lender or proof of funds if they are investing with cash.
Buyers must sign a CoronaVirus Advisory Disclosure before entering a home. This disclosure must be signed by the buyers, real estate agents, and sometimes the sellers for each house or condo. All buyers & people who enter the property must sign the disclosure.
If you are sick, stay home.
The real estate requirements for showing property and taking listings are constantly changing and we will update them.
Who Represents Whom
If you have a real estate agent that you are working with, call them to show you a home. If you call us, we will be asking you to sign an additional document called a buyer broker agreement. That states if you buy the property we show you, you have to buy it through us as your buyer’s agent.
Disclosures Provided Before You View Any Home in Person
We will provide disclosure documents to you for Corona real estate and other cities via email through an electronic signature system called DocuSign, ahead of time to review before signing.
For our Corona Home Sellers during COVID-19
Home sellers, we have special documents for you as well to protect all parties. Share with us if you are buying a home or selling a home in Corona or another city in Riverside County. We will send you a list of items required for showings.
