Besides being a successful business woman running two companies and being the Team Leader of the Red Wagon Team, Stephanie is an accomplished, award winning and published Artist, and has managed to successfully integrate her artistic skills into her Real Estate Career.
Her academic background is in Psychology, Languages and Economics, and she graduated with a Master's Degree from a European University in Translation Science & Applied Linguistics in combination with Business Management and Economics. Stephanie speaks three languages fluently (English, German, and Spanish) and can look back at an extremely successful career in the corporate world in Europe as well as in the US, having worked as a Project and Product Manager on multi-million dollar projects.
Stephanie is a full-time Realtor®, Member of the National and California Association of Realtors®, the Rancho Southeast Board of Realtors®, the Women’s Council of Realtors®, she is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), a Feng Shui Consultant and belongs to the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IHASP). She is also a member of several Arts’ Guilds and is on the Board of the Whittier Art Association.
With this great combination of skills, Stephanie represents Buyers as well as Sellers in Los Angeles and Orange County, using all of her talents to the fullest in order to benefit her clients.
On the Buyer's side, she uses her artistic and Feng Shui skills, as well as her intuition, to find the perfect properties for her clients where she knows they will be happy and find true harmony, peace and abundance. Her analytical background comes into play when negotiating the price and terms in order to secure the most beneficial transaction for her clients. Stephanie believes in creating relationships for life, so her job is not done once Escrow closes - she is more than happy to assist with decorating and designing the interior of the new home as well as organizing your belongings to avoid clutter, and, if desired, she will also Feng Shui the new environment to ensure optimal flow of Chi to promote happiness and abundance.
On the Seller's side, Stephanie uses her professional home staging skills as well as her knowledge of Feng Shui to bring out the best in her clients' homes - there are no "ugly places", they are just diamonds in the rough, a blank canvas for the artist! And once the property is all ready to be marketed, she will also be responsible for taking and editing photos that will be published on the MLS (and for additional exposure on The Red Wagon Team and ASP® websites).
